The non-profit, Asians and Pacific Islanders with Disabilities of California (APIDC) cordially invites you to our 2016 Statewide Disabilities Conference at the Westin Pasadena Hotel on March 18-19. The upcoming conference will be a special opportunity to connect Asians and Pacific Islanders with physical, mental and developmental disabilities to service providers, community organizations and elected officials. This will be our fifth state-wide conference. The theme is a celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and an important exploration of strategies to support the hard-to-reach, fast-growing Asian Pacific communities. Topics will include civil rights, college supportive services, community outreach, benefits, mental health, transition to adulthood and special education.
